What is a Divemaster Internship
After completing your Divemaster course, you have the opportunity to complete a two-month internship with us and gain valuable work experience. Here you can, among other things, lead your first dives, assist with courses and help us with the day-to-day business in the diving school. You will also receive a large part of your course costs for the basic course back.
Your tasks include:

What do you learn
Working in a diving school
As a full member of the team, you will support all day-to-day work. This will give you an understanding of what is expected of a divemaster and a unique insight into what goes into running a successful diving school. You can then apply this knowledge worldwide.
Conducting independent fun dives
You will gain valuable experience on Fun Dive Trips - from preparation to stamping your logbook. You will learn to assess risks, recognize dangers and navigate safely underwater, while sharing your joy of diving with others.
Serving real customers
You will quickly notice that every guest is unique and it is not always easy to fulfill different wishes. Now it is important to apply your divemaster knowledge individually so that everyone has a safe and unforgettable experience. The entire team at the Cyprus Diving Centre is on hand to help you with valuable tips and tricks.

The internship costs you nothing! In fact, you even have the opportunity to earn back your Divemaster course costs.

Requirements for the internship
In order to participate in the PADI Divemaster Internship, you must meet certain requirements:

passed PADI Divemaster course with:

At least 100 points in the diving skills workshop

When assessing professionalism, no grade below 4
-
PADI NITROX Certified
-
PADI membership and active status
-
Professional diving insurance (Aquamed)

Minimum age 23 years
-
Driving license for at least 2 years and experience with manual transmission

own diving equipment
